Spiritual Director & Anam Cara

Though often unwelcome, grief and suffering can have a surprising ability to heal. They usher life’s deepest priorities to the forefront. When we are fully present in our sorrow, we uncover essential lessons for living with greater depth and authenticity.

Rooted in Ignatian spirituality, Tam Lontok is an international spiritual director and anam cara who values lifelong learning and the integration of Eastern and Western wisdom. In spiritual direction, what is shared is both deeply personal and universally human: how we love, forgive, grieve, and choose what is most life-giving. It walks one through the questions: Who am I? Who do I want to become? How am I going to get there?

With a compassionate and reflective presence, Tam accompanies others through all stages of life, offering a holistic approach to suffering, healing, and wellness that encompasses the mind, body, spirit, and heart.
